Yes. We scale our crew and equipment to the event. A boardroom keynote and a festival main stage receive the same standard of care, planning, and on-time delivery, just with different packages behind them.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for festival weekends and peak touring seasons. For larger productions a few months of lead time works best, though we often accommodate shorter timelines when equipment and crew are free.

It helps to include the type of event, the dates you are considering, the venue and city, the expected audience size, and a rough budget if you have one. The more we know up front, the more accurate the first proposal can be, but you can contact us with a basic outline and we will guide the rest from there.

Yes. Most packages include a full technical crew, from riggers and lighting operators to front-of-house and monitor engineers. For events that need only equipment, we can supply hire-only options and a pre-arranged technical handover, and we always leave clear support contacts for the day.
